Daikon Radish is a root vegetable known for its long, white roots. Popular in Asian cuisine, it can be enjoyed raw, pickled, or cooked. Daikon is fast growing and does well even in poorer soils

Growing instructions:
Sow seeds directly outdoors, spacing them 10–15 cm apart, in rows 30 cm apart. Daikon Radish prefers cool weather and consistent watering for optimal growth. Loosen the soil deeply to allow the roots to grow straight and long. Harvest when the roots are mature but before they become woody.
