How do i place an order on greenridge seeds ?
Add all the items you want to cart, checkout, fill in your details and place your order. Currently we only accept EFT payments, made to our bank account, which is done externally. Use your order number as reference when making payment. Send us proof of payment to greenridgeseeds@gmail.com. Your order will be sent for packing once payment clears into our account.
Are our seeds organic and non-GMO ?
All our seeds are non-GMO, but not all are produced in an organic manner. To get high quality seeds, plants have to be grown in a manner that reduces the chance of pests and diseases, often times with the use of non-organic sprays. Some of the seeds themselves are also treated to preserve their quality and longevity
How long will it take for my order to be packed ?
A maximum of 3 working days
When will I receive my order ?
2 to 5 working days after your order is picked up by the courier. Unless you live in a outlying area, in which case it may take up to 2 weeks
What is the shipping cost ?
We offer a flat rate of R95 to ship anywhere in South Africa
What courier service do you use ?
We use different couriers, depending on you location. Internet express, Skynet, The Courier Guy and RAM are all couriers we use
How are the seeds packed ?
We package all our seeds in small ziplock bags
I am looking for a specific type of seed and you don’t stock it ?
Email us greenridgeseeds@gmail.com and we can let you know if we can get stock of it
Where are we based ?
We are based in Johannesburg but only ship to customers and do not have a premises from which you may visit or collect at the moment
Do you ship outside of South africa ?
No, unfortunately we do not ship anywhere outside of South africa
