Growing instructions:
Sow seeds indoors 6–8 weeks before the last frost, keeping the soil warm (around 20–25°C) and moist for the best germination. Once seedlings have developed a few sets of leaves, transplant them outdoors after the last frost, spacing them 30–40 cm apart. Water regularly and apply a balanced fertilizer to encourage strong growth. Harvest the leaves when fully mature for medicinal use.
